Who I am

About me

Cooking isn’t just my profession — it’s my deepest passion, my way of connecting with people and telling the story of Sicily through its flavors.
I’m Enrico Pantorno, a Sicilian chef, in love with my land, its local ingredients, and the traditions that make our cuisine truly unique.

My journey has taken me from the vibrant markets of Thailand to Nordic fine dining, and into the bustling kitchens of the Middle East, enriching my culinary vision and blending it with the soul of Sicily.

Today, with my cooking classes in Sicily, I aim to do much more than teach recipes: I want to create special moments that bring families, couples, and groups of friends together around a table, with freshly filled cannoli, glasses of Etna wine, and stories full of history and tradition.

My goal is simple: to share emotions, make you fall in love with the authentic flavors of Sicily, and spread the warmth of our Mediterranean hospitality, wherever I go.
